Randy Bett: President and CEO of Better Group Real Estate. He is an investment realtor who specializes in the purchase and sale of investment properties along the Alberta Corridor and focuses revenue generating real estate-including residential and commercial properties. Randy is a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN.). He is also a consultant and author.

Sandy Bett:Sandy works in the office operations and is the CFO of the Better Group Real Estate. She also manages the acquisition and marketing to locate properties to purchase and sell. Sandy is a coin/bill collector who loves to read and travel.

Chad Bett:  Chad is VP Operations and Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O.) of the Better Group Real Estate and a realtor specializing in Alberta real estate. Chad is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN.). Chad’s prior business experience includes managing and overseeing a local high performance vehicle shop. He enjoys travel, hiking, backpacking and cars.

Abdul Moosa CA:  Abdul is VP Finance and C.F.O.  Abdul’s experience with the Federal Taxation department, a large private firm, and in his own firm, brings the expertise and advice needed for the structure and analysis of real estate investments as well as specialized business taxation knowledge.

Tyne and Nicole Gardiner:  Tyne and Nicole share the role of VP Marketing for Better Group Real Estate and specialize in assisting both buyers and sellers in Red Deer and Central Alberta. Their specialties include real estate marketing for rental properties and obtaining maximum exposure for each real estate transaction ensuring a quick purchase or sale.

Justin O’Connell:  Justin is VP, Secretary and General Counsel and handles both small and large real estate transactions.  His knowledge of the structure and details of the joint venture agreement is extensive.  He will work hand-in-hand with your lawyer to ensure the joint venture process goes smoothly.
